# Public Results API

> Read published benchmarks without signing in.

Read the same aggregate results shown on [selfbench.dev](https://selfbench.dev). No key required.

Responses have an `ETag` and a 10-second shared cache. A missing repository returns `404`; excess requests return `429` with `Retry-After`. The older `/api/public/directory` and `/api/public/repos/{owner}/{name}` paths still work.
